Who we are
This website belongs to BlueLandscape B.V. We decide what happens to the data on this website. Ask any question about your data through the form at the bottom of this page.
The request form
If you fill in the form, we only use your details to respond to your request.
- What you fill in: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your sector, number of employees and development team size if you give them, the application, what it's built in, and your message
- The website sends your request once, as an email to our team, through the mail service Resend
- The website itself doesn't keep your request. The email then sits in our mailbox, like any other email to us
- We keep your request and our emails about it for as long as we need to handle it, and what follows from it, such as a proposal or an agreement. No longer
- To prevent abuse, the website remembers your IP address for at most an hour, in memory only
Google Analytics, only with your consent
We want to know how this website is used, so we can improve it. For that we use Google Analytics, but only if you accept it in the notice at the bottom of the page. If you decline, or don't choose, the website loads nothing from Google and sets no analytics cookies.
Changing your choice: at the bottom of every page you'll find Cookie settings. There you can still give your consent, or withdraw it. If you withdraw it, measuring stops and the website removes the Google Analytics cookies it had set.
- What we measure: which pages are visited, how often, and where visitors come from, for example a search engine
- We don't link that data to your name or your request, and we don't use it for advertising
- Google processes the data, possibly also outside the EU
- How long Google keeps the data follows from the retention settings of Google Analytics
- The Google Analytics cookies have a name that starts with _ga
- Your choice is remembered in your own browser, not on our server
Why we may use your data
The privacy law (GDPR) only allows data to be used for a valid reason. These are ours:
- Your sign-up for the pilot: you ask us yourself to take part. We use your details to check whether your application fits and, if you want to go ahead, to invite you to a workspace
- A question: you ask it yourself, and we have an interest in being able to answer it. We do nothing more with it
- Your IP address against abuse: our interest in keeping the website and the form safe
- Google Analytics: only your consent. You can always withdraw it again
Who processes your data for us
A few companies do part of the work for us, and see visitors' data while doing it.
- Scaleway hosts this website, in a data centre in the Netherlands. As with any website, the server sees your IP address when you request a page, and records it in technical logs
- Resend sends your request as an email to our team. Resend may also process the data outside the EU
- Google processes the Google Analytics data, only if you give your consent for it, possibly also outside the EU
Your rights
You may ask which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Ask through the form below. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
