BlueLandscape · Clients
Your clients, contacts, and projects — shared by every tool you use.
Keep companies, the people at them, and the projects you run for them in one place. Then bill, report, and research from the same records — no separate CRM to sync, no duplicate contact list.
No credit card required.
What it is
Shared records, not a separate CRM
One place for companies and people
The company you invoice and the person you email live as shared records — add one from the clients list, edit any field in place, or ask the assistant to create it in a sentence.
Projects tie the work together
A project groups the hours you log, the invoices you send, and the research you run for one client. Open the project, see the whole relationship.
Every tool reads the same records
Bill a company in invoicing, log hours against its project, reference it in an interview — it's one record, not four copies.
Honest about what it isn't
This is lightweight client management built into your workflow — not a sales CRM with pipelines and email sequences. If you need that, keep it; this handles the client side of getting the work done and billed.
Part of the suite
The spine the other tools hang off
Clients aren't a separate dataset you maintain — they're the records the rest of your tools read on the same account.
FAQ
Common questions
Is this a full CRM?
No — and we won't pretend it is. There are no sales pipelines or email campaigns. It's the client and project records the rest of your tools share, so you bill and report without a second contact list.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Add contacts one at a time from the clients list, or let the assistant create them as you mention them while invoicing. Bulk CSV import is on the roadmap, not live yet.
Do I pay extra for it?
No — companies, people, and projects are shared platform records, available on every account. You pay per use for the tools that act on them (invoicing, reports), not for the records themselves.
