Is this a full CRM?
No — and we won't pretend it is. There are no sales pipelines or email campaigns. It's the client and project records the rest of your tools share, so you bill and report without a second contact list.
Can I import my existing contacts?
You create contacts in chat today; bulk CSV import is on the roadmap, not live yet. For now, add them as you go or as you invoice them.
Do I pay extra for it?
No — companies, people, and projects are shared platform records, available on every account. You pay per use for the tools that act on them (invoicing, reports), not for the records themselves.
