1. Service

BlueLandscape provides an AI-assisted business platform including invoicing, interviews, and time tracking. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Access is via magic link email authentication.

3. Data processing

When you use the Platform to collect or process data about third parties, you act as the data controller. BlueLandscape acts as data processor. You must ensure you have appropriate legal basis for collecting and processing personal data.

4. Third-party data collection

Where the Platform collects data from third parties on your behalf, those third parties may be shown a consent notice before their data is processed. You are responsible for ensuring the consent process is appropriate for your use case and jurisdiction.

5. AI usage

Your data may be processed by AI to deliver Platform features. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. BlueLandscape is not responsible for the content of AI-generated outputs.

6. Costs

AI processing costs are tracked per use. Cost limits can be configured to prevent unexpected charges.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Liability

BlueLandscape is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
