BlueLandscape is an Amsterdam-based B.V. building an AI-first platform for freelancers and small teams. Instead of a stack of SaaS subscriptions, you get one chat that invoices, interviews, tracks time, and more — sharing the same client data across every tool.
Mission
One AI platform that replaces your tool stack
Most business software forces you to juggle a different tool for every task — invoicing, customer research, time tracking, file storage — each with its own login, its own monthly fee, and its own copy of your client list. That's the problem we're solving.
The mission is simple: run your whole business from one chat. Every tool on the platform shares the same client data, the same balance, and the same AI. You pay per action, not per seat or per month.
We're starting with the tools that matter most for Dutch freelancers and small teams: invoicing (with UBL/Peppol), AI-moderated customer interviews, time tracking, and client management. More to follow.

Data processor on your behalf
Under the GDPR (AVG), BlueLandscape acts as a data processor on behalf of our customers — you, the customer, remain the data controller. Our full privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Infrastructure
All application data and databases run on DigitalOcean Amsterdam (AMS3) — EU soil, by design. AI requests are processed by Anthropic under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), as disclosed in our privacy policy.
