Interview pricing: pay per completed session, no seats

Most interview tools bill you for seats and tiers you barely touch. BlueLandscape does the opposite: you pay per completed conversation, and nothing else. Each session has two parts — a small platform fee plus the AI's own token cost — that together land around €0.45 to €0.60 per session for most teams, and drop as your monthly volume grows. No per-seat fees. No enterprise minimums. No subscription you have to remember to cancel.

That means a one-off discovery study and an always-on onboarding interview are priced the same way. You scale spend with usage, not with headcount.

How each session is priced

Every completed session is the sum of two things:

A per-session platform fee that starts at €0.40 and steps down automatically as you run more in a month: €0.40 for your first 100 sessions, €0.25 up to 500, €0.15 up to 2000, €0.07 up to 10000, then €0.03 beyond that.
The AI's token cost for that conversation — roughly €0.05 to €0.50, depending on how long the interview runs.

So a low-volume month sits near €0.45 to €0.60 per session, while a high-traffic campaign earns the lower brackets and drops well below that. You never pay for seats either way.

Pay-per-use, not per-seat

Per-seat tools charge for every login whether that person ran an interview this month or not. A five-person research team pays five seats even in a quiet quarter. With pay-per-use, an empty month costs nothing.

Here you invite as many teammates as you like at no charge. The meter only moves when a respondent finishes a real conversation with the AI. Quiet weeks are free; busy launches scale up smoothly and then settle back down.

It is the difference between renting a fixed-size room and paying for the chairs people actually sit in.

What counts as a billable session?

If someone opens the chat link and a real exchange happens, that is one session — a small platform fee (from €0.40, stepping down as you run more) plus the AI's token cost of roughly €0.05 to €0.50 by length. Most teams land around €0.45 to €0.60 per session early on. Clicks that leave immediately are not charged.
