BlueLandscape is designed to be accessible. No per-seat fees, no enterprise minimums. You pay for the conversations you run — not for seats, not for features.
How it works
Start with €5 free credit. Every new account gets €5 to try the platform — no card required.
Pay per conversation. Each interview session has a clear, predictable cost based on the AI processing involved. Costs are deducted from your prepaid balance.
Top up when you're ready. Add credit through Stripe when you want more. Minimum €10 per top-up; pay only for what you use.
Always know what you're spending. The billing page shows your live balance and a per-session breakdown of every charge.
What you pay for
AI processing — Anthropic's cost + 20%
Every AI message uses the Claude API. We pass through Anthropic's published rate with a 20% infrastructure margin on top — covering hosting, storage, observability, and the platform around the AI itself. Transparent and auditable against Anthropic's posted prices.
Platform fee — per substantive interview response
A small flat fee for each respondent who has a real conversation with the AI. Scales down as your study grows, so viral campaigns get a built-in volume discount:
Brackets are measured over the last 30 days of each interview. Studies that go viral earn the volume discount immediately; long-running channels like onboarding pay a steady per-response rate regardless of how long they've been running.
We only charge when a respondent has a real conversation — at least three messages exchanged. Sessions where someone clicks the link and leaves immediately don't generate a platform fee.
No subscriptions. No seats. No per-feature add-ons. You top up your account balance (€10–€5,000 at a time) and spend it on whatever you run. Auto-recharge available.

Included by default. All data is hosted in Amsterdam, EU. GDPR compliance is built in, not an add-on.
