How it works
Three sentences to a sent invoice
1. Say who and what
"Invoice ACME B.V., attn Jan de Vries, 16 hours of senior consulting at €125."
The AI creates the companies and people on the fly if they don't exist yet.
2. Check the draft
The AI shows the draft: amounts, VAT, due date. One sentence to correct anything.
3. Send
Say "send". The invoice gets a gapless number (Dutch law), the PDF goes to your customer, and the UBL/Peppol file is attached for the accountant.
