BlueLandscape · Bank accounts & transactions
Import a statement, get every transaction in one ledger.
Register your bank accounts, import MT940 statements — the standard export format from most Dutch banks — and every booked line lands in one filterable, exportable transaction ledger you can annotate for your own bookkeeping.
Free, included with your account — no separate subscription.
How it works
Two steps to a full transaction ledger
1. Register a bank account
Add a name, IBAN, currency, and optional provider label. It shows up immediately in the transactions filter.
2. Import your MT940 statement
Upload the .mt940 / .mta / .940 file your bank exports. Booking date, amount, counterparty, and description are parsed automatically; duplicate lines (same date, amount, and reference) are skipped.
What you get
One ledger, all accounts
Every imported line is newest-first, filterable by account. "All accounts" is the default view.
Notes on any line
Add a free-text note to any transaction for your own bookkeeping context. Stored server-side, visible next time you open it.
CSV export
Export all visible rows — respecting an active account filter — as a spreadsheet-compatible CSV.
Feeds the cash-flow overview
Every imported transaction rolls straight into the cash-flow overview — no separate export or import step.
