BlueLandscape · Reports · How it works

How automated reporting works — define once, run on a snapshot, send.

Automated client reporting in BlueLandscape is four steps, and you only do the first one once. After that, every run re-uses your definition against fresh data and freezes that run so it stays reproducible.

The flow

From definition to delivered report

Step 01

Define the report once

Tell the AI in plain language what the report should cover and who it's for — a monthly client update, a project hours breakdown, an interview-themes summary. The definition is saved as a reusable template; you describe it once and run it forever.

Step 02

Run it on a frozen snapshot

Every run captures the data exactly as it stood at that moment. Reopen a report you sent three months ago and the numbers are unchanged — no moving targets, no "wait, why is this different now?". Reproducible by design.

Step 03

The AI writes the summary

An optional narrative explains what changed and why, in your own brand voice. The numbers are still the report — the summary is the paragraph on top that would otherwise eat your evening before the call. See the AI narrative in detail.

Step 04

Deliver and roll up

Send the finished report as HTML, PDF, or email — branded with your styleguide — and roll several together for an account-wide view across all your clients and projects.

Where the data comes from

Reports read the tools you already run

You don't maintain a separate reporting dataset. A report reads the other BlueLandscape tools on the same account.
