A weekly standup, a monthly invoice review, a daily check-in — set the recurrence once and the agenda fills in the series. When the 9:00 standup moves to 9:30 for one week, you change just that occurrence. Shift it permanently from next month, and "this and following" splits the series cleanly. Master event plus per-occurrence overrides, so an edit never quietly rewrites your whole calendar.

Invites & RSVP

For people outside your team, too

Invite teammates from your account and external contacts in the same breath. Your clients don't need a BlueLandscape login: each gets a secure RSVP link of their own and replies yes or no in one click. You see who's coming without chasing anyone by email.

Because the contacts come from the shared client base, the person you invite to a meeting is the same person you invoice afterwards — no retyping an email address into a second tool.

Every event exports as a standard ICS file, so it drops straight into Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar — the file your phone already understands. (It's an export, not a two-way live sync, so what you see is exactly what you scheduled.)

And because events link to projects and contacts, a meeting isn't a floating reminder — it sits against the work it belongs to, in the same account as your invoicing and interviews.
