BlueLandscape · Calendar · How it works
From a sentence to a booked meeting, in five steps.
You describe the event in plain language and the AI agenda does the scheduling — recurrence, invites, RSVP links, and the link to the project it belongs to.
Step 01
Describe the event
"Weekly standup every Monday at 9, invite the ACME team." Say it in the chat and you're done describing — no grid to drag, no twelve-field form. Prefer to point and click? The sidebar agenda is directly editable too.
Step 02
The AI books it and sets the recurrence
The AI creates the event at the right date and time, and builds the series when it repeats. Later you can edit just this occurrence, this and following, or the whole series — master event plus per-occurrence overrides, so a single change never silently rewrites your calendar.
Step 03
Add internal and external attendees
Invite teammates from your account and external contacts from the same shared client base — the people you also invoice, so there's nothing to retype.
Step 04
Invites and RSVP links go out
Internal attendees see it on their agenda. External contacts get a secure personal RSVP link — no login required — and reply yes or no in one click. You see who's coming without chasing anyone by email.
Step 05
It links to the project and shows in your agenda
The event attaches to the right project and appears in your day/week view. Need it in another app? Export any event as a standard ICS file for Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar (an export, not a two-way live sync).
