BlueLandscape provides an AI-guided conversational feedback platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Access is via magic link email authentication.

3. Data processing

When you create feedbacks and collect responses, you act as the data controller. BlueLandscape acts as data processor. You must ensure you have appropriate legal basis for collecting respondent data.

4. Respondent consent

Respondents are shown a consent screen before starting any feedback session. You are responsible for ensuring the consent language is appropriate for your use case.

5. AI usage

Conversations are processed by AI. The AI responses are generated and may not always be perfect. BlueLandscape is not responsible for the content of AI-generated messages.

6. Costs

AI processing costs are tracked per session. Cost limits can be configured per feedback to prevent unexpected charges.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Liability

BlueLandscape is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
