Every tool in the suite runs from a single prepaid balance. There is no monthly subscription and no per-seat charge — you pay a small fee only when a tool does real work for you. A default €50/month cap keeps a busy month from surprising you.
How pricing works
One balance, a fee per action, a monthly cap
No subscription
There is no monthly plan to pick and no tier wall. Add the tools you want, use them when you need them, and pay for what you actually do.
A price per action
Each tool has its own small per-action fee — per completed interview, per sent invoice, per AI analysis — charged from the same prepaid balance. Nothing is metered until a tool does the work.
A €50/month cap where it applies
A default €50/month spend cap protects you from a runaway bill. You can raise or lower it — the point is that you stay in control.

Interviews — from €0.40 per completed session
A per-session platform fee that starts at €0.40 and drops with volume, plus the AI's token cost. No per-seat fees; €50/mo cap.
Invoicing — €0.20 per sent invoice
€0.20 per sent invoice with PDF and UBL/Peppol XML included. No monthly fee, no tier wall.
Files — pay-per-use storage
A free allotment, then metered per-GB stored and per AI analysis you run. No subscription.
Time tracking — logging hours is free
No monthly seat fee. Logging hours is free; you pay across the suite from the same balance, with the €50/month cap by default.
Reports — defining and running is free
Defining and running a report is free; you pay only for the optional AI-written narrative, metered on the same balance.
