BlueLandscape · Payment Arrangements
Track instalment plans in both directions.
A tax bill you're paying off in parts, or a client paying you in agreed instalments — log the reference, add a schedule of dated amounts, and BlueLandscape tracks status automatically as instalments are paid.
Free, included with your account — no separate subscription.
What it tracks
One arrangement, either direction
Outgoing or incoming
A supplier invoice, tax bill, or lease you're paying off — or a client paying you in parts. Direction is set once at creation and shown as a pill on every row.
A dated instalment schedule
Add each instalment's due date and amount. Mark one paid with a single action — partial payments are tracked too, so a part-paid line stays accurate.
Status resolves itself
Active while any instalment is pending, completed once every instalment is paid, defaulted the moment one falls overdue — recomputed automatically, no manual bookkeeping.
Rolls into your cash-flow projection
Pending instalments feed the cash-flow overview's forward projection on both sides — outgoing as expenses, incoming as inflow — and can be matched straight from a booked bank transaction.
What it isn't
An invoice-linked instalment plan (a customer paying an invoice in parts) is still edited from that invoice's payment-plan panel — this surface shows those rows read-only. Payment arrangements is for everything else: standalone schedules with no invoice behind them, in either direction.
